Notifications
Read team activity, storage reminders and billing updates from the workspace sidebar.
Reviewed 16 October 2026. Available controls depend on your role, plan and service configuration.
Open and filter notifications
Choose Notifications in the workspace sidebar. The badge shows unread items. Use All or Unread, Mark as read on an item, or Mark all as read. Read status is saved to your account. Action links take you to the relevant team, workspace or billing screen; marking an item read does not resolve the underlying issue.
Green: team activity
Owners receive accepted-invitation notices for current members of their brands, covering up to 80 recent joins within 90 days. You can also see up to 20 pending invitations addressed to you. This is a current-activity view, not a permanent audit log: removed memberships, expired invitations and older events may no longer appear.
Amber: storage and file capacity
A reminder appears at 80% of storage or file capacity, with a separate full-capacity notice. Remove unused assets or review the plan. A resolved reminder disappears. At the same threshold and allowance, a previously read reminder stays read if usage falls and returns; reaching a higher threshold or changing allowance produces a new item.
Red: billing reminders
Free-trial reminders appear 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry, followed by an ended-trial notice. Choose a plan opens Billing & Payments. The latest reminder replaces the earlier one, and reminders disappear once paid or complimentary access takes over. Live paid accounts may also receive past-due payment and non-renewing access reminders. These notices do not charge you or start a subscription.
Refresh and availability
The feed refreshes about once a minute while the workspace is visible and when you return to the browser tab. Use Try again after a loading error. These are in-app notifications, not email, SMS or push alerts. No notifications can be the correct state if there is no relevant current activity.
