Prepare licensed font files, templates, illustrations, icons and motion assets for your team.

Upload fonts with permission

Use OTF, TTF, WOFF or WOFF2 in Typography or Fonts. OTF and TTF suit desktop installation; WOFF and WOFF2 suit web delivery when licensed. Upload each file individually, up to 25 MB. Check the licence for uploading, distribution and any web embedding, particularly for paid fonts from another seller. Buying a font does not automatically give you the right to share it with every teammate or visitor.

Document typography clearly

Record the family, allowed weights, heading/body roles, sizes, line spacing and fallback fonts as chapter guidance. Include licence or purchase instructions when colleagues need their own licence. Uploading a font file makes it an asset; it does not automatically apply that font to the portal interface or create a live custom-font tester.

Templates and editable originals

Upload supported PDF, SVG, raster-image or JSON exports and explain how to use them. Native Figma, AI, PSD, INDD, Office files and ZIP packages are not accepted by the current uploader. Keep editable originals in your approved external system and document where authorised users should obtain them. Do not rename unsupported file extensions to try to upload them.

Illustrations and iconography

Organise illustrations and icons by category/type and use clear filenames. SVG originals are download-only; use PNG, JPG/JPEG or WebP for browser previews. Include usage sizes, stroke styles, colour rules and attribution requirements. GIF may be stored as an asset but is not a supported static cover-image format.

Motion and video

Upload MP4, WebM, GIF or valid JSON, up to 25 MB per file, in Motion. Compress or export shorter/lower-bitrate files if necessary. A 15-second video can still exceed the limit; byte size, not duration, determines eligibility. These are downloadable assets; inline playback and JSON animation preview are not guaranteed in the library. Add playback, aspect ratio, timing and sound guidance in the chapter.
