Workspaces & storage
Create and organise brands, choose cover images and understand usage limits.
Reviewed 16 October 2026. Available controls depend on your role, plan and service configuration.
Create and open a brand
From Overview or Workspaces, choose Create brand or Add a brand, enter a unique name for your account, and submit. Open brand portal on its card to enter the brand. Your owned brands count toward your allowance; brands shared with you appear with your access role. When the brand limit is reached, review your plan or remove an unneeded brand only after downloading what you need.
Add a workspace feature image
Use the image control on a workspace card to add or change its feature image. Owners and managers can use this control where their permissions allow. Select an approved PNG, JPG/JPEG or WebP from that brand, or upload one up to 25 MB. Assets from another brand cannot be selected. Changing the cover reference does not move or duplicate the brand’s other files.
Read the usage counters
Overview shows owned-brand count, stored-file count and storage used across brands you own. Shared teammates’ uploads use the brand owner’s storage. Per-file size and total storage are separate limits; a small file can still fail when the account is full. The account’s displayed allowance is authoritative, especially for early-access and private-demo accounts.
Free up space deliberately
Find unused files in the relevant Asset library, download any originals you need and ask an owner or manager to remove published assets. Removing a cover or logo variation reference alone does not remove the original uploaded file. Refresh Overview after deletion. See Notifications for 80% and full-capacity reminders.
Keep brands separated
Each portal has separate assets, chapter content and permissions. Confirm the brand name before uploading, editing or sharing. There is no documented one-click brand duplication, bulk export or move-between-brands workflow. Download and upload individual files where permitted, or contact support about a larger migration. See Deletion & cancellation before deleting a workspace.
