What do the different plans include?
Starter gives one brand a home with owner and viewer roles. Studio adds more workspaces, more seats, and an editor role. Agency is designed for managing several client brands, with a brand manager role and custom-domain reservations (activation coming soon). The comparison above shows every limit.
How does annual billing work?
Annual pricing covers twelve months for the price of ten. Starter is $80 per year, Studio is $300, and Agency is $990. Choose Annual above to see the full yearly cost and monthly equivalent before continuing.
Can I pay or create a live account today?
Yes. Start your free trial today, no credit card required. Create and verify your account to begin 14 days on your selected plan. Then open Billing & Payments to subscribe. No automatic charge is made when the trial ends.
Is brand strategy or design included?
The proposed subscription is for the brand portal service. Brand strategy, logo and identity design, guidelines, and content setup by Cchora Studio are separate services. Tell us what your brand needs and we can scope the creative work with you.
Can I upload my own brand assets?
Yes. Your 14-day trial uses your selected plan’s storage and brand limits, with up to 25 MB per asset upload. Your files remain saved after trial expiry, but editing and uploads require a paid plan.
How do team members and permissions work?
Team roles and seat limits depend on your selected plan. Invite teammates from Team access and choose the available roles. Permissions are checked on the server.
Can I change my plan?
Your trial uses the plan selected at signup. Choose a paid plan in Billing & Payments to subscribe. Changing a saved preference does not change trial limits or purchase a subscription; contact support to change an existing paid plan.
Can I reserve a custom domain?
Agency owners can reserve an address such as yourbrand.brand-guide.io from Custom Domain in their workspace. Activation is coming soon. Your existing portal link continues to work while you wait. Customer-owned external domains are not included.
What happens when an annual plan renews or is cancelled?
The free trial does not renew or charge automatically. After you subscribe, the paid plan renews for its selected billing period until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the paid-through date and your files remain saved.
