Logos & colours
Set up logo variations, preview backgrounds, palettes and saved colour combinations.
Reviewed 16 October 2026. Available controls depend on your role, plan and service configuration.
Create logo variations
In Logo & identity, use the add/edit controls to give each variation a name and choose its kind: wordmark, symbol, lockup or other. Select an approved PNG, JPG/JPEG or WebP from the same brand. Keep SVG originals in the asset library as downloads; new preview selections require raster images. Save and check the variation selector. Up to 30 variations are supported.
Preview on different backgrounds
Add a named solid colour background or an approved PNG, JPG/JPEG or WebP background image. Choose a variation and Preview background to compare them. Up to 20 backgrounds are supported. These previews do not recolour or permanently edit your logo file. Removing a variation or background reference keeps the uploaded asset.
Build colour palettes
Open Color palette, add a colour name, choose Primary, Secondary or Tertiary, and enter a six-digit HEX value or use the colour picker. Save the colour. The palette displays HEX and derived RGB values; select the swatch to copy HEX. If clipboard access is blocked, copy the shown code manually. Up to 60 colours are supported.
Save usage combinations
Choose background and foreground colours from the palette, a usage type (Heading, Body text or Button), sample text and a name. Preview and save the combination. Up to 30 combinations are supported, with sample text up to 200 characters. Edit or remove combinations using a colour before removing that colour. A visual preview alone is not proof of accessible contrast; assess your final design in context.
Review and troubleshoot
Editors’ visual changes become drafts; owners and managers with editing access publish directly. If an image is unavailable, confirm its brand, approval state and PNG/JPEG/WebP format. Existing SVG references are download-only. Refresh on a revision conflict and keep a copy of any unsaved changes. Use approved originals for production rather than screenshots of the preview.
